Our brand-new development plots provide sweeping views of the surrounding countryside with Pendle Hill as the perfect focal point.
Each of our parks has a wide range of different types of static caravan holiday homes to suit every taste and budget and are furnished to the highest standard to give you a true home away from home to enjoy North Lancashire, The Ribble Valley and the Lake District and the surrounding areas. Our Owner Feedback
After the stresses of Covid and other issues we wanted a bolt hole to help us with health stresses we were going through. We felt that Bay View would be the perfect place for this after looking around the park and speaking to other park owners. Kate looked all over and the immaculate park, the bar serving food and being dog friendly if you needed it was a great bonus for us.
After for touring for 20yrs and frequently staying at Holgates Silverdale including seasonal pitches, we decided it was the time to settle down at our favourite park Holgates Silverdale. The area is so beautiful every time we are driving down towards the park I can’t resist saying “ I love it here” so many beautiful walks and the sunsets are amazing – love this place.
Our quality of life is so much better, we can get to our ‘’happy place’’ in just over an hour from home. We feel totally relaxed at Silver Ridge and the beautiful surroundings. It has also been a joy to pass on to our grandchildren our love of the countryside. We have the freedom to enjoy a better life style with home from home comforts. Easy accessibility with the choice of coming as often as we like. Also knowing any problems we might have will be dealt with by the Holgates team.
What appeals about the area and natural surroundings? The best way that we can answer this is a phrase we use all the time “it’s an hour away but a world away” As soon as you arrive in the area you get a sense of calmness and relaxation. We chose to purchase a holiday home at Holgates because we knew of the very high standards that the family and staff maintain.
Before we had spent one night in the tourer, we were really taken with a holiday home that was being advertised. We had a closer look at this home and also several others that were for sale within our price range. The whole experience was relaxed, informative and not at all pressurised. We opted for our first choice and within the space of two weeks we were enjoying our first weekend in our holiday home. We have been welcomed into the community on site and have already made several friends.

All of our parks are located within easy reach of the Lake District and the surrounding areas with parks located both in South Cumbria and North Lancashire.
Not only are our parks ideally located for trips into the stunning Lake District, but they’re also sat right on the shores of Morecambe Bay, with its spectacular seaside views and walks, and within easy reach of the Forest of Bowland.
Many of our parks are also found within the Arnside & Silverdale National Landscape, renowned for its amazing wildlife and scenery.
