Home to many independent shops and stalls, you’ll discover something unique to treasure. Be sure to visit the town’s award-winning railway station and heritage centre, which offers exhibitions and regular events. Don’t miss taking a photo of the iconic clock that featured in the 1945 film Brief Encounter!

Wander up the coast and you’ll discover the Silverdale & Arnside National Landscape. During your exploration, you’ll encounter sandy beaches and ancient ruins.
